ACCOMMODATION
Please ensure you settle your incidental accounts prior to your departure. Check out time is 10am.AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Methven (Piwakawaka) is approximately 75 minute drive from Christchurch airport. Chartered coach transfers will be provided as scheduled below. Cost is $45 and pre booking is ESSENTIAL. Minimum numbers will apply to all transfers. Meeting point at the Christchurch Airport is inside the International Arrivals Terminal at the i-Site desk (opposite the Airport Information Kiosk). Look for the Methven Travel signage. Anyone turning up on the day, whom is not pre booked, can pay the driver cash. However this is subject to space and cannot be guaranteed. Prebooked delegates will have preference.
Any delegates wishing to book transfers outside the shuttles provided below should contact 24seven shuttles in Ashburton (0508 247 287).

BNZ and Westpac can be found on Main Street, walking distance from the conference venue. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel your attendance, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Event Manager in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $200.00 will be made providing notification is received by 3 April. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers and will be processed after the conference. If, for reasons beyond the control of NZCBEC, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred. Submission of your registration indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions above.
Accommodation cancellations may incur a fee, this is charged at the Hotels' discretion. Cancellations within 30 days may be charged one night penalty. Cancellations within 7 days may be charged 100% penalty.CATERING
Day catering will be provided at the Mt Hutt Memorial Hall, Methven Heritage Centre by Continental Caterers. For delegates who provided dietary requirement during registration, special meals will be available in the catering area. Venue staff will be available to assist.

Business sessions, Thursday welcome, Saturday function: smart casual | Friday Conference dinner: formal (jacket required. tie optional)

FINE PRINT
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the conference organisers, NZCBEC, Methven Heritage Centre, Continental Caterers, accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred. The suppliers above accept no liability for injuries/losses of whatever nature incurred by delegates and/or accompanying persons, nor for loss or damage to their luggage and/or personal belongings. Delegates, sponsors and speakers should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
NZCBEC reserves the right to alter the programme, withdraw, replace or cancel speakers without notification to registered delegates.

Methven Pharmacy, 101 Main Street. Open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Phone 03 302 8103. After hours assistance, phone this number, caller will be directed to after hours service.
NAME BADGES
Please wear/bring your name badge when attending all conference sessions, catering areas and social functions. This will be your entrance to social events.
PARKING
There is ample parking at the back of the building and on Barkers Road.

More Than Mail, 129 Main Street is open 8.00am - 5.00pm
