Workshop - Whole Life Health
Whole Life Health is a well-being program specifically put together for doctors. It has been created by Dr Sam Hazledine and his team after talking to thousands of doctors and studying the literature.
In it you will learn:
- How to effectively address burnout
- How to master your:
- Mind
- Body
- Finances
- The one skill that creates meaningful momentum in your life
- The single most important factor to protect yourself from burnout
We know you are time-poor so everything is taught in a way that is both efficient and engaging.
Learning is one thing, but consistent action is another. As such we will provide you with a platform, App and website, to maintain your momentum after the conference.
You spent six years at medical school and at least four years of speciality training to get where you are; don't you think one day to master your wellbeing is a good time investment?
Elements
As doctors our patients do come first, they are our highest priority, they must be. But as a profession we are operating in an outdated paradigm that is harming our patients and the research is conclusive; this is harming, even killing, our patients.
How to effectively address burnout
More than 50% of doctors are right now experiencing burnout. We'll look at how you can gauge your stress levels, what you can do to reduce stress and how to avoid burn out.
Self-care
During this part of the conference we'll look at evidence-based techniques to master our mind and body. This will include quizzes to help assess important factors to you, as well as specific techniques, exercises and methods you can easily apply in your day to day life.
We'll then look at how finance experts manage their finances and increase their wealth. The 'Exceptional Wealth Model' has been specifically created for doctors and demonstrates how you can better manage your wealth and invest in your future.
Creating Meaningful Momentum
Finally, we'll look at how to maintain momentum in your career, re-assess personal and professional goals and pave the way for future success.
The conference includes informal assessments and practical elements as well as workbooks and access to further information.
