Plenary five: Choosing wisely
Dr Andrew Klava BSc(Hons) MB BS FRCS FRCR FRANZCR
Dr Klava qualified from St. Mary's Hospital Medical School and spent 2 years in surgical immunology research at St James' Hospital Medical School, Leeds, followed by 3 years fellowship training in surgery, emergency medicine and orthopaedics.
After a further 5 years in radiology training in Manchester and brief period as consultant radiologists in the UK he moved to New Zealand. Currently interests include musculoskeletal/MRI imaging and healthcare systems particularly centred on imaging delivery and clinical decision making.
